IVAN JUKIC

Captain

Ivan's culinary journey traces back to the age of 5, when his grandmother, introduced him to cooking. Under her watchful eye, Ivan honed his skills, kneading dough for bread and mastering the nuances of Dalmatian cuisine's timeless classics. After completing his formal culinary education, Ivan embarked on a gastronomic journey, refining his craft in fish restaurants around the Adriatic islands. His quest for culinary excellence led him to the bustling kitchens of Germany, where he was introduced to new techniques and flavors. Driven by his love for the sea and its boundless challenges, Ivan made a pivotal decision nine years ago and joined the maritime industry. Over the past seven years, he has been an indispensable part of the Tajna Mora crew. What sets Ivan apart is not just his mastery of Dalmatian cuisine, but his insatiable thirst for innovation. He loves infusing traditional recipes with modern twists, constantly pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity. Each day, he challenges himself to surpass previous triumphs, embracing self-critique as an opportunity for growth. Being such a reliable crew member in the near future he sees himself on Tajna Mora with plenty of new ideas and innovations and even more satisfied guests.

PERO KLJAJIC

Captain

Pero wasn’t born near the sea but always felt drawn to it because of the peace and freedom he felt when onboard. He joined yachting nine years ago and immediately felt that this profession suited him down to the grand. Aside from that he has six years’ experience in the hospitality industry, working in restaurants. During this time, he has gained excellent professional skills and patience along with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward guests and fellow crew members. Being ambitious, Pero sees every day as an opportunity to learn something new and aspires to become a Captain. His hobbies are soccer, and his true passion is cooking.

IVAN KLISMANIC

Captain

When you step on board Tajna Mora and Ivan welcomes you and hands you your first drink you’ll know right then that you are in great hands and your holiday can begin. His philosophy is that each crew member should want and know what is best for the guest at any given time. After going to hospitality school and working in different bars and restaurants he wanted to try something new so he chose to work on the boats because he enjoys meeting new people and presenting traditional food and drinks to guests. Opposite to restaurants, he has more time to prepare the service and dedicate his attention to each person individually. He’s been on “Tajna Mora” for 6 years now, and outside the season, when he is not on guests’ constant beck and call he loves spending time with his family and enjoys sports, especially football.
