His journey in the culinary world began with formal education in Professional Gastronomy Management, followed by hands on experience in top restaurants such as Kalem by Zak and Project 72. Seeking new challenges and inspired by the unique demands of yacht dining, Nikola transitioned to working at sea, where he quickly adapted to the dynamic environment of yacht charters.
Nikola excels in crafting diverse menus tailored to guests preferences, ensuring a high-end dining experience on board. His strengths include exceptional time management, adaptability under pressure and seamless teamwork with the crew. Born in 1982, Yuliia is a dedicated and experienced stewardess with a strong background in hospitality and guest service. She has worked in both the restaurant and yachting industries, developing exceptional skills in housekeeping, table service and guest care. Her career began with formal education in hotel and restaurant management at the International Humanitarian University in Odessa.
Over the years, she gained valuable experience as a waitress in high end restaurants, where she refined her service and communication skills. Seeking new opportunities, Yuliia transitioned into the yachting industry, completing the Yacht Stewardess Program at Yacht Marine School.
She has worked aboard private yachts in Croatia excelling in guest service, housekeeping and decoration. Her ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment onboard makes her a valuable asset to any yacht crew.
