With no shortage of outdoor seating for dining and drinking on main deck Aft, this is a great yacht for socializing whilst enjoying the views and sunshine. There is also a lovely smaller sundeck dining/seating area ideal for enjoying a more secluded feel with less people, great for al-fresco dining. The yachts jacuzzi, located on the sundeck is a perfect space to relax. Vadym Ilchenko
Captain
Vadym is from Ukraine and joined KHALILAH in 2020 as Chief Officer. His outstanding service resulted in his position being upgraded to Captain in 2021. Vadym has worked in the maritime industry since 2014 aboard several sailboats as a second/third officer, before entering the yachting industry as Chief Officer aboard a 41-meter motor yacht.
He loves sailing at sea and exploring new destinations. He leads by example and strikes a balance between leadership, delegation and hands-on support, training, motivating and coaching the team to be effective and achieve optimal results for guests.
Vadym is familiar with all aspects of yacht management and brings a very positive attitude to his work. He is an extremely hard-working person who shows a committed and flexible approach to all issues he deals with. He speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian and aims to offer guests aboard KHALILAH the experience of a lifetime.
