Fosse boasts impressive and extensive experience in the luxury yachting industry, having captained and crewed on numerous prestigious vessels throughout his career. His career highlights include serving as captain of S/Y WYLDE SWAN, S/Y GLORIA, S/V BARK EUROPA and S/Y HELIOS, as well as taking on relief captain roles for yachts such as S/Y ELENA OF LONDON and S/Y MONDANGO. In addition to his leadership at sea, Fosse has held the role of Yard Captain for Vitters Shipyard, where he oversaw sea trials and commissioning for new builds like S/Y MERAKI and S/Y MAXIMUS. Currently, he applies his wealth of expertise as captain of the legendary S/Y ATLANTIC, where he has successfully led six charter seasons in the Mediterranean and UK since 2018.

He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. Mark boards ATLANTIC with 20 years of captaining experience behind him. Having
previously worked on numerous superyachts, including ATLANTIC herself between
2015 and 2017, he is well-versed in the operating of these larger vessels and therefore
brings with him an unmatched expertise. Other career highlights include his most
recent stint with Black Pearl in 2024, a world-famous 106m Schooner. With a strong
academic and practical background in engineering, guests can relax, knowing they

Michael is a seasoned sailor with extensive experience in both sailing and motor yachts. He has most recently worked aboard the 65m classic S/Y ATLANTIC as First Mate during the Mediterranean charter season and classic regattas. Prior to that, he served as First Mate on the 35m M/Y KAYCEE, where he was also responsible for engineering duties. He captained his own 12m yacht, SV CALICOBA, on a multi-year voyage from France to Australia, managing over 40 crew along the way. His background also includes chase boat captain and fishing guide roles on M/Y MERCIELAGO. Michael brings a robust skill set in sailing, mechanics, electrics, shipwright work, and crew leadership.

Josselin is a highly experienced sailor with a strong background in classic and luxury sailing yachts. He has served as Bosun aboard ATLANTIC since 2017, where he has been deeply involved in sailing, charter operations, maneuvering, and ongoing deck and rigging maintenance. His earlier roles include Galley/Deckhand on S/Y GERMANIA NOVA, and OOW on two transatlantic deliveries aboard S/Y STATE OF GRACE, where he also handled deck maintenance and boat show preparation. Josselin has also worked briefly as an engineer on M/Y LADY MONA K and held several deckhand roles aboard various yachts and a ferry during his formative years. His experience spans hands-on rigging, varnish and paint work, safety operations, and guest services.
