AMAYA is a MAIORA 32 DP Fly built by FIPA ITALIANA YACHTS and delivered to her owner in 2001. She later underwent a refit in 2023 , following 2024 and 2025. She is the perfect blend of elegance, performance and comfort. Built with top quality materials and crafts, she features timeless, slender and prestigious lines.
Amaya was designed with particular attention to light and sea view to inspire peace and tranquillity. The yacht also boasts an exceptional main-deck layout that allows guests to enjoy private moments.
Amenities on board include Air Conditioning, Indoor audio system, Sun pads and Wi-Fi.
Guests Accomodation AMAYA can accommodate 11 guests in 5 cabins consisting of an Owner’s suite with a king size bed , en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi, 2 Vip cabins with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom , one double bed cabin with en-suite bathroom and another fith Twin bed cabin with a pullman bed and en-suite bathroom facilities.
Guests will enjoy the many water toys on board. The spacious teak wood swim platform, with very easy access to the water, is a real “children kingdom”. A safe and cool area where kids and their family will love to spend their time at anchor. The Stand Up Paddle (SUP), as well as the Floating Donut and the Banana, are suitable for adults and children of any age. The Tender and a Sailor Man, are available at any time to take guests to the nearest beach or to approach the shore for Snorkelling Sessions. Expert guests (with licence) will be invited to experience the Yamaha 260 HP Jetski.

Francesco received solid technical training at the Nautical Institute of La Maddalena, followed by a long-standing career as Captain on both charter and private yachts across the Mediterranean, the Red Sea, Northern Europe, and the Indian Ocean. He holds the Yachtmaster 200 GT (motor and sail) and has obtained top-level professional certifications including: GMDSS GOC, full STCW, Ship Security Officer, PDSD, Advanced Firefighting, and Leadership & Management.
An expert in crew management and onboard safety, Francesco is a professional who radiates calm, reliability, and competence. His presence is discreet yet consistently attentive, and his approach is both reassuring and decisive.
He has served on yachts such as M/Y Queen South (42m), M/Y Blue Baron (38m), and M/Y Sirius (28m), holding progressively responsible roles in operational management, crew selection, owner relations, and commercial logistics. He is valued for his balanced authority, organisational skills, discretion, and in-depth understanding of the expectations of high-profile international clientele. Chief Engineer graduated by of the Italian Merchant Navy.
He attended the Higher Education Institute course in Maritime Systems and Equipment Management, diploma obtained in 2021.
In October 29th 2024 he obtained the diploma as Engineer Officer.
Alessandro holds a diploma in Operation of Maritime Systems and Equipment and is registered with the Italian Seafarers’ Registry (“Gente di Mare”). He began his career as a Cadet Engineer with the Tirrenia ferry company, gaining significant onboard experience on passenger vessels, followed by a technical role at Marina di Puntaldia.

His training is certified through advanced courses: STCW Basic Training, Advanced Firefighting, High Voltage Systems, Operational Leadership, MAMS, PSSR, Survival & Rescue, and 60W Radio Operator certification.
Work Experience:
Various experiences on Mediterranean routes on passenger and cargo ships for a total of 13 months of navigation as a trainee engineer officer.
January, February 2025 excavator operator - crane operator - third level earthmoving machinery operator and management of the bentonite mixing plant for lubrication and cooling of the drill head, tunnel sealing of the t.o.c. underground teleguided drill.
He is a professional who works behind the scenes, yet whose presence is constant and reassuring. A native Italian speaker, he is fluent in English (advanced) and conversant in Spanish (intermediate). He works in perfect synergy with the rest of the crew and is always ready to anticipate and resolve any issue with calm, methodical precision.
He plays a critical role in the yacht’s technical operations and preventive maintenance. His technical background is reinforced by a collaborative spirit and strict confidentiality. Marina is a passionate and highly qualified chef, with a refined culinary approach and significant experience both on land and at sea. After completing her training at an Italian haute cuisine institute, she brought her talent into the world of luxury yachting.
She has served aboard private and charter yachts in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, creating tailored menus for an international clientele. Marina excels in Mediterranean cuisine, creative Italian, plant-based dishes, and international fusion, with particular attention to seasonality and ingredient quality.
She is attentive to food intolerances and dietary preferences and is known for her elegant presentation and ability to craft refined yet approachable dishes.
She is appreciated for her calm demeanour and precision in the galley, and for her ability to turn every service into a memorable gastronomic experience: from light lunches at anchor to gourmet dinners served under the stars.
She speaks fluent Italian and English, and has a good knowledge of Spanish and French.

Tatiana is the discreet and assured director of the onboard atmosphere. As a Chief Stewardess with a refined touch, she welcomes every guest with genuine warmth and professional precision. Having begun her career in high-end hospitality on cruise ships in 2012, she embarked on a brilliant path in the yachting industry from 2018, quickly taking on key roles aboard prestigious yachts such as: M/Y Lady Dee (47m), M/Y Gala (29m), M/Y Idylle (36m), and M/Y Freedom (35m).
Tatiana stands out for her exceptional versatility: she excels in guest service, table setting, provisioning and stock management, interior organisation, floral arrangements, and team leadership delivered with both firmness and grace. Her experience includes full coordination of onboard events and special guest moments, always carried out with meticulous attention to detail and harmony within the yacht’s environment.
She speaks Ukrainian and Russian fluently, and has a good command of English. She is certified, experienced, and possesses a natural intuition for understanding and anticipating guest needs. Her presence is elegant yet never intrusive, dynamic yet always balanced with the yacht’s ambience.

Tetiana is a Stewardess with extraordinary precision, developed through a strong background in high-end yachts and private estates. As Sole Stewardess on M/Y Setai (29m), she managed breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, floral arrangements, bar service, wardrobe care, cabin detailing, and winter boat preparation. Her time aboard M/Y Joy (32m) further enhanced her skills, including during refit and yard periods.
She has also worked in private villas in Dubai, luxury chalets in Gstaad, and five-star hotels in the Czech Republic, demonstrating versatility, elegance, and a keen attention to guest needs. She is specialised in spatial organisation, elegant home presentation, and handling guest requests with flexibility and discretion.
She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Always attentive, discreet, and flawless, Tetiana ensures a tidy and welcoming atmosphere where every detail is considered to provide comfort and harmony.
Gabriele Bossu

Gabriele brings vibrant energy to the deck. Determined and deeply passionate about the sea, he has trained in specialised nautical institutes and worked on prestigious yachts, gaining all the certifications needed to serve with seriousness and safety.
With a nautical licence, STCW certifications, and hands-on experience as a mooring assistant and deckhand in Porto Rotondo, and aboard Mangusta and Ferretti yachts, Gabriele knows every knot, every rope, and every detail essential to your enjoyment and security.
He assists guests with water sports, excursions, and tender operations. Gabriele is a hard working crew member, polite happy and extrovert
Experience: He started working since the first years of high school, at the beginning as lifesaver for two years, after it he was a boatman for other two years.
Gabriele graduated with honors at the Nautical institute and started working as a sailor. He always had excellent public relations skills and a good disposition for dialogue.
He says of himself: " I’m very passionate about my job and I’m always willing to learn something new."
