ABUNDANCE was built by New Zealand shipyard Alloy Yachts. Winner of the Showboats Award for Best Sailing Yacht under 36m at the time of her launch, ABUNDANCE is the perfect yacht for performance sailing, as well as comfortable cruising. She features naval architecture and exterior & interior design by pedigree Dutch studio Hoek Design. A voluminous interior and large deckhouse make her a comfortable world traveler. She is presented at a high standard after major upgrades in winter 2020/2021 including new sails, a new bimini, new dodger, new carpets throughout.

ABUNDANCE has 3 cabins that can accommodate up to 6 guests; the master cabin with double bed, plenty of storage and en-suite shower room and two convertible twin cabins, also with en-suite shower room.

Captain

Sail and Work Experience:
Born in the UK but raised bilingually speaking both French and English, Chris has been sailing since the young age of 7. He nurtured his love for the water on his family boats before choosing a career path in yachts over a decade ago. With extensive experience skippering long-haul yacht deliveries, sailing expeditions, and regattas, Chris has travelled all around the world. From the Atlantic and Caribbean to Mediterranean and Northern Europe, he has knowledge of all ABUNDANCE’s destinations. Chris is also a keen diver and holds a PADI Instructor status.

Job Description:
Chris is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew and guests. He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies.

Crew 1: Angelica Anderson

Captain

Sail and Work Experience:
Growing up on a small sailboat with her parents in the Caribbean, Angelica has always felt most at home at sea. It's no surprise that a maritime career path called to her. She began her career on S/Y PERSEUS^3 in 2021, focusing on detailing the refitted guest areas. She then moved to M/Y SAMAYA, where she managed various projects such as sanding, patch repairs, and painting the hull of the 9m dive tender. On board S/Y NAKA ONE, she showcased her versatility as the sole crew member working alongside the captain, taking on multiple roles including deckhand, stewardess, and cook. Angelica has now joined IRELANDA as a First Mate, excited for the new challenges and adventures that lie ahead.

Job Description:
Angelica has the expertise required to stand in for Captain in his absence, acting as second in command. She assists the captain during navigation and participates in all on-deck operations, respecting guest’s activities. She has extensive knowledge of sailing yachts maintenance and is responsible for the running of deck equipment and machinery.

Crew 1: Eoin O’Reilly

Captain

Sail and Work Experience:
A classically French-trained chef with over 20 years of professional experience, Eoin enjoys cooking modern European cuisine while adding his own innovative twists on dishes inspired by his travels. After achieving his diploma in Culinary Arts, Eoin worked in various kitchen environments including hotels, restaurants, an opera house and on planes. Building his portfolio, Eoin joined IRELANDA in 2021 and has spent several years catering to guests’ requirements and providing meals with culinary flair.

Job Description:
In charge of the galley and is responsible for all guests and crew meals, assuring a rich variety of food. Eoin estimates food needs, reviews inventory assuring adequate supplies are available, sticking to budget and guests’ expectations. Carries out food service activities in order to have meals prepared at scheduled times and makes sure he complies with health regulations. Thanks to his creativity, he develops new recipes and ways of serving food in order to satisfy different guests’ wishes.

Crew 1: Natasha Rose Cochran

Captain

Sail and Work Experience
Natasha is a dedicated and enthusiastic stewardess, with a strong foundation in luxury service and client care. She has gained hands-on experience as a stewardess aboard the motor yachts LEONTINE and AQUA ANGEL, where she performed a wide range of interior and some deck duties. Most recently she worked aboard the sailing yacht EL ORO, where she took on a hybrid Deck/Stewardess role, most notably working during a 2-week offshore crossing and regatta. Before her entry into yachting, Natasha had roles in luxury real estate, marketing, and high-end hospitality, notably receiving silver service training. In her free time, she enjoys painting and drawing, horse riding, and running.

Job Description:
Natasha is responsible for maintaining a pristine and welcoming interior environment onboard. She manages housekeeping, guest service, laundry, table settings, and assists with provisioning and event preparation. With exposure to deck operations, she is also able to support the exterior crew where necessary.

Her background includes both owner programs and charter work, along with numerous deliveries. Agnès is known for her adaptability, team spirit, and culinary creativity, influenced by her international upbringing and love of travel.

Misha is a dynamic and versatile stewardess with extensive experience on high-end charter and private motor yachts ranging from 24m to 61m. She has worked in both leadership and supporting interior roles, contributing to successful seasons in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Adriatic, and the U.S. East Coast. Her experience includes long-term positions on yachts such as MY IMPROMPTU, MY TOP FIVE II, and MY AGAPE ROSE, where she handled everything from service and housekeeping to guest activities and junior stew training. She has also gained valuable shipyard and daywork experience, honing her detailing and organizational skills, and has consistently excelled in high-pressure, guest-facing environments.

Job Description
Misha is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of guest service, housekeeping, and overall interior presentation. She brings creativity and professionalism to table settings, event planning, and theme nights, while also managing daily tasks such as laundry, turnarounds, provisioning, and inventories. As a team player with leadership experience, she supports junior crew training and adapts seamlessly to the pace of busy charter seasons.

Crew 2: Brice Richard

Brice is a seasoned captain and engineer with extensive experience across the Indian Ocean, Pacific, Caribbean, and Mediterranean. He has managed both sailing and motor yachts up to 105’, including new build deliveries, warranty oversight, and technical operations. Notable roles include captaining a LAGOON 65' in the Med, representing CANADOS in the Caribbean, and leading scientific missions aboard MV LA CURIEUSE throughout the Indian Ocean. With dual skills in bridge and engine room operations, he is especially proficient in managing vessels without a dedicated engineer. His diverse background includes high-end charters, owner cruises, offshore expeditions, and maritime training.

Job Description
As Second, Brice supports the captain in the daily running of the vessel, with responsibility for navigation, deck operations, and technical maintenance. He plays a key role in passage planning, watches, and safety procedures, while also overseeing engineering tasks when required. His hands-on approach and mechanical expertise ensure the smooth operation of all onboard systems.
