Captain Simon is Italian and began his career in the industry in 2006 by working in maintenance and refitting at a shipyard for three years. In 2009, he joined as a deckhand and simultaneously improved his engineering knowledge. In 2016, he took a major step forward as a captain on
a 26m charter yacht until 2020, when he was given the opportunity to command the boat. In his free time, Simon enjoys being in nature, cycling, and spending time with his family and friends. He has a positive and can-do attitude that guests appreciate, making them feel like anything is
possible while also maintaining a safe environment for both the guests and the crew.

Stefano began his career 13 years ago when he was 18, sailing the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas, and has completed two Atlantic crossings. During his travels, mainly on charter yachts, he gained a wealth of experience at sea and always prioritised guest safety and satisfaction. In his
free time, he enjoys cycling, running, sailing, and exploring new places. Languages spoken: Italian, English, Spanish & French.

Hector is an excellent Engineer with 19 years of experience and knowledge in diesel and electric motors. His electrical knowledge, maintenance and fixing abilities, and troubleshooting skills make him a valuable member of any crew. He also has extensive knowledge of all international
agreements such as ISM Code, SOLAS, STCW, and MARPOL. He has worked on a variety of vessels, including tankers, chemical tankers, general cargo, tug boats, and barges. Hector also has experience as a project planner for dry dock, keeping records of inventory on board. He is
excellent at training, managing, and supervising personnel. Hector is a hard worker who takes pride in keeping the boat safe.

Mattia is an Italian Chef who start to cook when he was 25 years old in many palaces and well-known restaurants in Milano. Since 2013 his career is focused on yachting. Since then, he has been Chef on different yachts between 34 m and 73 m. Passionate about discovering new culinary culture, he excels in Mediterranean cuisine but he is also culinary trained in Pastry, Sushi and Thai Cuisine and has developed keen interest and many skills in fusion and the various styles of cuisine from all over the world. This enthusiastic and motivated Chef is also passionate by water sports and football.

Paul is a dynamic deckhand and aspiring engineer, offering a comprehensive skill set and hands-on experience in both deck and engineering tasks. With certifications including AEC 1 and AEC 2, along with practical experience from the Certified Superyacht Academy, he is well-equipped
to tackle any challenge on board M/Y Olivia. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with basic French proficiency, Paul's dedication to learning make him a valuable addition to any yacht crew. In his spare time Paul's interests include motorbike racing and MMA.

Andra, a highly skilled Chief Stewardess hailing from Romania, boasts a wealth of experience in the luxury yachting industry. With her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities, she excels in table decoration, housekeeping, and guest service, ensuring that every aspect of the onboard experience is flawlessly executed. Fluent in Romanian, English, French, Italian, and basic German, Andra effortlessly communicates with guests from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their enjoyment aboard M/Y Olivia.

Mudje is a stewardess with experience on 30-50 meter motor yachts, both private and charter. She is a friendly individual who can effortlessly switch between service, housekeeping, and laundry tasks as she is confident in all aspects of the interior department. Mudje is experienced
in team work and has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a great ability to quickly adapt to customers' specific requirements. In her previous roles, she was responsible for food and beverage service, wine service, cocktail making, table setting, cabin preparation
and detailing to a very high standard.

With experience in luxury cruise lines and a strong skill set including food and wine knowledge, cocktail making, and silver service, she thrives in fast-paced situations while maintaining impeccable standards. Her passion
for hospitality, coupled with excellent organization and communication skills, makes her a valuable addition as the 3rd stewardess on M/Y Olivia.
