After receiving her diploma from the High School for Hospitality and Tourism, Marina wasted no time in pursuing her passion for the tourism industry. She envisioned herself immersed in this field from the start. Her journey in the world of hospitality has been marked by the accumulation of invaluable experiences across various roles in restaurants and hotels. It was during her tenure at a travel agency that she refined her communication skills and mastered the art of managing client expectations. With an impressive reservoir of experience and knowledge for someone of her age, Marina felt ready for an international adventure. Her four-year sojourn in Ireland was a period she fondly describes as both enjoyable and enriching, an experience she will forever hold dear. Always curious and eager to explore different facets of the hospitality industry, Marina chose to forego her summer holidays to accept a position as a stewardess on a crewed charter yacht in Croatia. It was during this time that she discovered her true calling—caring for a smaller group of guests as part of a close-knit and dedicated team, all while sailing through one of the most picturesque regions in the world. For Marina, this was an unparalleled way of fulfilling her passion. Marina is characterized by her diligence, tactfulness, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in service. She has earned equal acclaim from guests on board and her fellow crew members. Captain Toni recognized her exceptional qualities when
assembling the crew for the Lady Gita, where she came highly recommended as an outstanding hostess and a valuable team member with an impressive professional background. Her proficiency in three foreign languages and her cheerful disposition make her a standout choice. During her free time, Marina finds solace in reading books and watching movies. Andrea Ercegovic

After completing her high school education in economics in Split, Andrea continued her academic journey at the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Tourism in Split. By the end of this year, she will have earned her degree in Financial Management. Throughout her studies, she also engaged in part-time work, primarily caring for a child with special needs. This experience taught her the virtues of patience and attentiveness when dealing with people. During the winter of her second year at university, she worked at the Tourist Office in the municipal community, gaining valuable insights into the tourism industry.
For the past four summers, Andrea has been working on boats. Her journey began as a stewardess on the mini-cruiser Esperanza, where she honed the essential skills needed for the role. Subsequently, she continued her career on similar vessels. These roles provided her with ample opportunities to interact with people, leading to the development of exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Outside of her professional life, Andrea finds joy in reading books and dancing. She has been passionately pursuing dance for nearly 12 years as a member of KUD Dalmacija. Additionally, she loves to travel the world with her dance group, combining her two passions for memorable experiences.

Ana Marija Markioli

Ana Marija is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. Her inspiration came from her sister's experiences working on a yacht, prompting her to set sail on a career at sea with Tajna Mora. Upon joining the crew of Lady Gita after her time on Tajna Mora, Ana Marija initially had reservations about her ability to adapt to the maritime lifestyle. However, she swiftly discovered her deep affection for the ocean. Ana Marija holds a special fondness for the captivating sunsets that grace the seascape and relishes the opportunities to explore new destinations and interact with a diverse array of people. Infusing her background in social work with her newfound love for the sea, Ana Marija is committed to cultivating a warm and welcoming environment for both the crew and guests. Her empathy and dedication ensure that every journey on board the Lady Gita is an unforgettable experience for all involved.

Marija Parmac

Marija is an ardent maritime enthusiast, holding a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Management from the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split. Her early professional journey included working in her family's agricultural business, where she developed a strong work ethic. Additionally, Marija refined her communication skills while providing technical support in the elecommunications sector. Her diverse experiences have imbued her with a compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with people.
During her leisure hours, Marija finds solace in various activities such as exercise, watching movies, and reading books.

Petar Ivcevic

Petar was born in Karvina, Czech Republic. His permanent residence is in Split, Croatia. He attended the Zadar Vocational School, where he qualified as a Building Technician. Petar’s maritime career began in 1990, during which he gained extensive experience working as a waiter before transitioning to the role of Chef. Throughout his career at sea, he has worked on various types of vessels, including large cruise ships operated by renowned companies such as Royal Caribbean, Festival Cruises, and Sun Cruises. During his time with Royal Caribbean, he not only honed his culinary skills but also mastered the Italian language alongside standard English.
In addition to his maritime experience, Petar has worked as a Chef in several well-established restaurants in Split. However, driven by his passion for the sea, he chose to return to ship-based work. For the past seven years, he has served as a Chef on deluxe and deluxe superior category yachts owned by Katarina-line, one of the most prestigious companies operating in the Adriatic region. With a rich background that combines both land-based and maritime culinary experiences, Petar is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences aboard luxury yachts. Over the past three consecutive years, he has been recognized and awarded as the Best Chef in the Fleet. In this capacity, he has also taken on the responsibility of creating menus for the highest categories of vessels within this esteemed fleet.
In addition to his culinary expertise, Petar is deeply passionate about sports, having engaged in various physical activities from an early age. His interests include running, yoga, and boxing among others. He maintains a healthy lifestyle as a non-smoker.

Goran Bajric

He completed his education at the Maritime High School in Split, after which he embarked on a journey to accumulate valuable experience in the world of yachting. In addition to his wealth of experience, Goran possesses an unwavering dedication and a highly professional demeanor. What truly sets him apart, however, is his exceptional communication skills and easygoing nature. He thrives in the social dimension of yacht life, relishing the active and engaging work environment it offers. During his leisure hours, Goran enjoys watching movies and listening to music.

His previous roles as a deckhand and steward/bartender on smaller yachts have honed his skills in creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for those on board.
