Captain Paolo was born in Olbia in 1989.
After graduating from the nautical technical institute, I dedicated myself to navigation on all types of boats Sailing and Motor Yachts, having the possibility of navigating also in Latin America. He perfectly knows Sardinian waters having been his mirror of work for more than 14 years. He has already been captain of several yachts like: Gibsea, Tripesce, Saligusta, Pershing, Baglietto, Catamaran, Mochi, Ketch de ruyter and Canados. In his spare time he enjoys working out, sailing, mountain biking and fishing. He will be an added value for this yacht because he perfectly knows Sardinia from the small and secret "Calette" to the best restaurants to go.

In the early work experience Vladimir has done the Barman in several bar of the Amalfi Coast gaining a notable experience in the field.
For several years he has been a bar manager in a 5 star Hotels in Costa Smeralda Hotel Abi D'oru in the Golf of Marinella, developing a good ability to work under stress, create great cocktails and relate to guests from all over the world.

The kitchen has always been at the heart of Cinzia’s life. Raised amidst the scent of flour from her family’s pasta factory, her passion for cooking was nurtured from an early age. Over the years, she has continued to explore and reinterpret traditional recipes from across Italy and beyond, blending authenticity with creativity. With a deep-rooted love for gastronomy and a constant desire to learn, Cinzia embraces a warm and genuine approach to cooking—one that evokes comfort, connection, and joy. Her cuisine is guided by simplicity, seasonality, and respect for local ingredients. Cinzia is a proud member of the Cesarine community, a network of over 1,500 Italian home chefs dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich culinary heritage of Italy. Through this role, she actively contributes to safeguarding regional traditions and sharing the essence of Italian food culture. She has also hosted numerous cooking classes and private dinners in her home, welcoming international guests to experience authentic Italian
hospitality. With each dish, Cinzia shares not only her skills but also the stories, values, and soul of traditional Italian cuisine.

Rozerin is a dedicated and dependable stewardess, known for her enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong team spirit. Her natural curiosity and genuine passion for hospitality are evident in every aspect of her work, which she approaches with energy, care, and professionalism. Capable of building rapport with guests of all ages, Rozerin thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in contributing to a smooth and enjoyable onboard experience. In addition to her role as a stewardess, she has a keen interest in deck operations and is always eager to support her colleagues wherever needed, demonstrating a hands-on, can-do attitude.

After beginning her academic journey at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, where she studied Art History as well as Photography & Videography, Rozerin chose to pursue her passion for life at sea and transitioned into the yachting industry. This background enriches her eye for detail, aesthetics, and guest presentation.
